Lodha Developers Limited stated it has agreed to acquire an 80% equity stake in Solidrise Realty Pvt. Ltd. (SRPL) for ₹294.07 crore, as per a regulatory disclosure. The company has entered into a share purchase agreement for the transaction.

The announcement comes soon after Lodha reported its Q3 FY26 performance, where consolidated net profit rose to ₹956.9 crore, indicating it is adding new business development opportunities from a position of operating stability.

Lodha stated that, after completion, SRPL will become a subsidiary of Lodha Developers. SRPL is engaged in the real estate business in Pune, and the acquisition has been positioned as Lodha’s move to expand into the Pune market.

Market Insight: Pune has moved from being an “adjacent market” to a primary expansion city for several MMR-based Tier-1 developers. Solidrise Realty’s 2025 incorporation indicates it is a relatively new platform—often created to ring-fence a specific project or land parcel. For a large developer, acquiring a majority stake in such a vehicle can shorten the entry runway versus building a Pune pipeline from scratch—subject to customary title, approvals, and execution checks.
