MahaRERA Real Estate Agent Exam Result – Phase 8

The MahaRERA Real Estate Agent Examination (Phase 8) took place on 15 December 2025. The exam process has now moved into the results stage with the release of the Qualified Candidates List.

This list confirms the candidates who cleared the examination after evaluation by the exam agency.

Result Status on MahaRERA Website

At present, the same result remains under processing on the MahaRERA website. The authority is expected to update the result status on its official portal shortly.

Meanwhile, candidates should rely only on official MahaRERA portal updates for final confirmation.


Certificate Availability

The Passing Certificate / Certificate of Competency will be issued after the authority completes post-result processing.

Based on standard practice, MSSU / TCS / MahaRERA will circulate the certificate link via registered email IDs. This process typically takes around 3–4 weeks, subject to internal timelines. Therefore, candidates should monitor both their email inboxes and official dashboards regularly.
