Lodha Group (formerly Macrotech Developers Ltd) has quietly listed a new project at Khopoli on its official website — marking what could be the developer’s next major expansion along the Mumbai–Pune growth belt.

As of now, no MahaRERA registration, environmental-clearance filing, or municipal approval has been publicly disclosed for the Khopoli project.
