  4. Initial Payment / Token Amount

    Applicants may opt for financing through SBI, Bank of Baroda, Union Bank, or other MHADA-linked financial partners.
  6. Final Payment & Possession Letter

  • Allottees must adhere strictly to MHADA timelines — delays result in automatic cancellation without refund eligibility.
  • Plot allottees in Oros (Sindhudurg) will receive a separate demarcation and handover schedule from the Konkan division.
  • MHADA communicates only via portal, SMS, and registered email. No physical letters or manual dispatches are issued.
